These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the gp99 platform and all services operated under it. This document forms a legally binding agreement between gp99 ("Platform", "we") and any user of the platform ("you", "member").

By accessing the gp99 website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

All services on the gp99 platform are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account, placing bets, or conducting any financial transactions on this platform.

2.1 Requirements to Become an Eligible Member

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide a valid and active mobile number.
• Each person may only create and operate one account.
• You must operate the account in your own name and identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in place of another person is prohibited.

2.2 Age Verification

gp99 reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time. You may be asked to submit an identity document or other valid documentation if required. Withdrawal requests may be held until age verification is completed.

When creating an account on gp99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information will result in the permanent closure of the account, and any pending balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

• Keep your account login details completely confidential.
• Never share your password with anyone else.
• Notify gp99 Support immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity while using your account, contact us immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each member is entitled to one account only. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses and winnings earned will be considered void.

All financial transactions on the gp99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We offer deposit and withdrawal services via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is completed.
• gp99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the event of unusual activity.

4.3 Payment Method Rules

When requesting a withdrawal, you must use the mobile number registered in your name. Withdrawals to a third-party number or another person's account are not permitted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank — an active Rocket account is required to withdraw via this method.

gp99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read in full before accepting the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳8,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳22,500 to withdraw the bonus funds. Please note that wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• A promotional offer may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used for valid betting activity.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• gp99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at its discretion.
• In the event of bonus abuse across multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

gp99's VIP program is divided into four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit.

6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.2 VIP Tier Changes

Your VIP tier is determined based on your activity and engagement on the platform. You can move up to a higher tier by staying regularly active. gp99 reserves the right to make the final decision on VIP tier changes.

6.3 Cashback Payment Terms

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your account within a set timeframe. The account must be active and in good standing to receive cashback. Accounts suspended due to a rule violation are not eligible for cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gp99 platform to ensure fair and honest use:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or software bugs.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Conducting activities intended to defraud other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to gp99's systems or network.
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information.

In the event of any of the above rule violations, gp99 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

All content on the gp99 platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of gp99 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

Game software is owned by the respective game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others. You have no rights over this software.

• gp99 is not responsible for issues with services provided by third-party game providers.

gp99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• In the event of failure to complete age verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request.
• On the instruction of a legal or regulatory authority.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our Support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed.
